1. Initial Contact
You call or email Iron Shake Inc. with your project details.
2. Send Project Scope
Provide a detailed scope of work and plans, just as you would with any trade.
3. Trade Partner Selection
We send your project to 2 or 3 trusted trade partners for competitive pricing.
4. Site Walk-Through
An Iron Shake Inc. representative and the trade walk the site to confirm details and avoid surprises.
5. Pricing & Contracts
You receive pricing, sign contracts with Iron Shake Inc., and confirm schedules. We ensure project success with insurance, WSIB certification, and additional trade options if needed.
6. Final Pre-Start Walk-Through
Before work begins, a final site walkthrough is done to address any last-minute details.
7. Mid-Project Check-In
Iron Shake Inc. visits the site to review progress, communicate with you and the trades, and resolve any concerns.
8. Project Completion Review
We return to inspect the finished work and ensure you’re 100% satisfied.
9. Final Payment
Once the project is complete and you’re satisfied, full payment is made, and we look forward to working with you again.
